Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointments time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all guests and to respect everyone's time, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking.

1. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 48-hour or more notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
2. Less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
3. Same day cancellation or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrival Policy

To provide every guest with the best experience, please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there's not enough time to complete the service without impacting other guests. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Grace & Exceptions

We completely understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated, and we will do our best to accommodate you whenever we can. All policies are applied thoughtfully to maintain respect for everyones schedule.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience. Due to the time, preparation, & professional services reserved exclusively for your appointment, all service sales are final and non-refundable.

Adjustments may be discussed within 7 days of your appointment. We value your satisfaction and will gladly make any reasonable adjustments if deemed necessary. Adjustments are provided at the discretion of the salon and are not considered refunds.
